Does stage fright or performance anxiety block and frustrate your ambitions? Eliminating your fear of public speaking is possible! With techniques like NLP and Hypnobalancing™, you can retrain both your conscious and your subconscious mind.
Tachycardia, sweating palms, heavy breathing? Nothing influences a presentation more than your fear. Fear is a common experience of speakers, actors, politicians and almost every person who has ever been introduced. People get nervous when they have to speak in front of others. We all suffer from a certain degree of stage fright. Some people are particularly intense. That’s why some people avoid situations of public speaking, they don’t know how to deal with the fear of presentation.
The feeling of stage fright is bad enough, but what is worse is the damage it can do to your career and self-esteem. If you let yourself be prevented from doing the important things, your self-confidence will diminish and your stage fright will grow bigger and stronger.
Stage fright is associated with fight or flight syndrome. When a person is confronted with a threatening situation, the vegetative nervous system releases adrenaline into the bloodstream. Adrenaline produces most of the symptoms that people associate with stage fright: flat, rapid breathing, increased heart rate, tremors, and nervous nerves.
These reactions can be helpful for an organism faced with a valid threat to survival. But none of these effects helps speakers convince an audience and feel good about themselves. Unfortunately, the autonomic nervous system does not distinguish between real and hallucinated threats. If the mind perceives the threat as dangerous enough, although a rational analysis would say otherwise, the brain stem begins to distribute the adrenaline.
It is therefore not only in the imagination a problem. It is also in your body. Furthermore, it takes thirty minutes or more for the adrenaline to dissolve, so the adrenaline and adrenaline-related symptoms persist in the body for a long time after they are released. One result is the jittery nerves of stage fright.
Someone prone to stage fright often misinterprets these symptoms. Thus, it strengthens the fear of the effects of stage fright more and more. As a result, more adrenaline is released into the blood and a vicious circle begins.
Some people are so desperate that they avoid accepting jobs where they need to speak publicly. This is not only a disadvantage for the individual, but also for the countless people who will miss what that person has to say. Speaking is power, and power is connected with responsibility. Those who evade responsibility leave decisions and the influence of shaping the world to others.
If you want to be successful, then you have to talk and present effectively, convince and fight for your ideas. Maybe someone in a meeting asks you if you want to present your project, or maybe you’re standing in front of a crowded conference room giving a presentation that could advance or end your career. This can put you under pressure. That’s why some people don’t feel inspired in front of an audience, but just panicked. Not everyone knows how to deal with this kind of fear.
In terms of public speaking, this kind of fear is referred to as glossophobia or fear of speech, which is the fear of speaking to an audience. Stage fright can occur in people of all experiences and backgrounds, both in beginners and professionals, and can occur increasingly or suddenly.
What is so special about public speaking? Many old books will tell you that there is no reason why you should be afraid to make a public speech.
For a long time, it has been said that people are afraid because they are not prepared. So the whole focus was on being as well-prepared as possible. And preparation meant the technical part of the presentation. Do it over and over again and everything will be fine. That’s why many trainers have developed programs that are very much focused on preparation and practice. They assured the people that they would get rid of their fear in this way. It was pointed out that it can take weeks to months, but the only repetition helps to overcome the fear.
The American modern dancer and choreographer Martha Graham meant:
I believe that we learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are the same. In each, it is the performance of a dedicated precise set of acts, physical or intellectual, from which comes shape of achievement, a sense of one’s being, a satisfaction of spirit. One becomes, in some area, an athlete of God. Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.
Yes, training where you practice and practice and practice, and you show up in front of people who take care of you, and you practice your speech, and you do well – that’s wonderful. You have to practice, and I want to support everyone who gives a presentation with training, I want you to be brilliant. But the truth is that it is often not enough to overcome the physiological, automatic reaction. The reaction can sometimes be triggered by the mere thought of a podium or audience. The mere thought of standing in front of an audience does not let many people sleep. It is an unconscious reaction that has to be changed in depth.
Many people consciously understand that speaking in front of an audience is not as dangerous as it feels, but that doesn’t change anything, because it still feels terrible! Your mental and physical reactions refuse all logical explanations. Therefore, it must be changed where it originates, in your subconscious. Then it is possible to overcome even the most intense fear of public speaking!
There are only two types of speakers in the world.
1. The nervous
and
2. liars.
Mark Twain
If you have attended meetings, conferences or presentation training and observed the communication styles of excellent speakers, you may want to be like them. Some speakers radiate such confidence and seem to show no signs of nervousness.
The truth is that even world-class presenters usually get nervous before they enter the stage, no matter how often they stand in front of an audience. It depends on how you use this nervousness that makes a difference in the quality of your presentation.
Unfortunately, so many people keep silent because they suffer from immense stage fright. Stage fright can be a positive kind of excitement, but sometimes the fear can be intense and as a result, too many people keep silent! This is sad, especially if someone has something to say.
If you ask me what I came to do in this world, I, an artist, will answer you: I am here to live out loud.
Émile Zola
We will never hear the advice of many excellent experts because they have stage fright. And many potential leaders are silenced by their fear; great minds avoid leadership positions or do not reach their full potential because they are unable to express themselves.
Overcoming stage fright will help you inspire others, share your vision, explain to them the context, convince them to do the right things. If stage fright prevents you from reaching your potential, it is never too late to free yourself by unlocking the inner leader.
Fortunately, there are several treatment options for reducing and even releasing anxiety, such as hypnotherapy and Hypnobalancing™. And there are things you can do to help yourself. The number one is trust. Trusting yourself is important. That’s why in coaching, we identify the negative self-talk that always runs in our heads and replaces it with positive thoughts. And for your autonomy, I teach you some practical skills. As a result, you will develop strategies to prevent and reduce symptoms, maintain mental states in which you and your message will convince in speeches and presentations. If we do a good job, you will enjoy these opportunities.
With techniques like NLP and Hypnobalancing™ you can train your consciousness as well as your subconscious. Once the feelings of fear of public speaking have disappeared, there is no need for the brain to continue to worry, create stress, or create fear of presentation.
If you suffer from severe anxiety, I offer reduced fees for psychotherapy. Do not hesitate to ask me for details.
Those who do not speak are not heard, and even those who do speak are not always successful. True success in communication requires mastering a few additional, critical steps to ensure your message resonates.
Do you want your message to be convincing and your personality to shine? I can help you prepare your speeches and presentations to achieve exactly that. Whether you need comprehensive guidance or just a few tweaks, you decide the level of support that fits your needs. At a minimum, I recommend a test run with professional feedback to fine-tune both your delivery and your content. This helps you understand how you and your message are perceived, identify what works well, and determine areas for improvement.
Why wait until after your real performance to receive valuable feedback, when it's too late to adjust? Early preparation is key. As the saying goes: 'Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.' With thorough preparation, you will not only feel more confident but will also be well-equipped to make a lasting impact.
You can decide where the effort is most worthwhile, based on the expected benefits. I offer support covering all areas of effective communication, including psychology, language, structure, voice, body language, storytelling, rhetorical techniques, and the use of media like PowerPoint. My goal is to help you deliver a well-rounded, impactful presentation.
Not in Berlin? No problem. We can meet via telephone or video call. Of course, visiting Berlin can also be an enriching experience, and I am happy to welcome you here.
Many people struggle with intense stage fright, which can cause their performance to fall short of its true potential. With my guidance, you can overcome these challenges and deliver your best possible performance. Together, we'll turn anxiety into confidence, ensuring that your message and personality shine through.
How effective are you in your speeches and presentations? Are your skills strong in the 111+ essential areas of impactful presenting?
Since 1998, I have analyzed countless speeches and presentations. This extensive experience—including learning from my own mistakes—has given me a deep understanding of what works for different audiences.
Get the feedback you need to excel. With my help, you will receive actionable recommendations and insights that will allow you to connect with your audience and deliver your message effectively, regardless of the context.

Hypnobalancing™ helps to work on subconscious topics and to achieve goals. It is a powerful method. With Hypnobalancing™ you can dispose of old burdens, recognize and activate strengths, gain insights and clarity, and promote a constructive mind set and charisma. Find out more here.
Many people know that they are unhappy.
But even more people do not know that they are happy.
Albert Schweitzer
There are many descriptions of unpleasant states and especially one in which we can’t access our resources: standing beside ourselves, not being in the middle, not being in balance, being beside ourselves, etc. The desirable state is described as being centered, resting in oneself, …
Hypnobalancing™ promotes this mental state. With Hypnobalancing™, you can release concerns, recognize and activate your strengths, gain insights and clarity, promote a constructive attitude and charisma. That facilitates much in life and lets you enjoy the moment.
Hypnobalancing™ was developed at the beginning of the millennium as solution-focused psychotherapy. It emerged from flexible-cooperative hypnotherapy and the combination with additional methods. It is inspired by the so-called partial work, the transactional analysis helpful for the consideration of the solution level, by Focusing (Gene Gendlin) and the self-relationship therapy of Stephen Gilligan, the energetic psychology, breath training as well as enriched by elements of NLP.
Today, Hypnobalancing™ is also successfully used in mental training.
By combining proven methods, Hypnobalancing™ has a harmonizing effect on body and mind, harmonizes them, and makes us more agile. In this state of balance, health is a natural inner state, a state in which challenges can be solved more easily because the perception of one’s resources is enhanced.
The conviction that the human psyche is capable of self-organization processes is characteristic of Hypnobalancing™. The purpose of the sessions is to provide the appropriate space for these self-organization processes. If restrictive convictions are resolved, the previously bound energies are released and are now available for constructive life design.
Decisive for positive change is how a person deals with himself inwardly. It is helpful to be able to include physical sensations and not to orientate oneself exclusively on supposedly logical thoughts. If this ability is promoted, it has a very significant influence on perception, thinking, and action.
Hypnobalancing™ makes thinking and acting more productive, creative, supportive, and encouraging. The inner balance achieved is a resource that can be used in many ways, as personal changes are easier in this attitude. The achieved state of inner equilibrium is very helpful in itself because it makes it easier to find solutions, and the design and implementation of these solutions gain momentum.
A Chinese proverb says, “If the roots are deep, you don’t have to fear the wind.”
Originally developed for use with anxiety and anxiety disorders, Hypnobalancing™ has proven to be very effective in other areas as well. Various methodological forms of Hypnobalancing™ exist today, such as 6 Phase Hypnobalancing™ and Deep Hypnobalancing™.
It is difficult to find happiness in us, and it is quite impossible to find it elsewhere.
Nicolas Chamfort
Deep Hypnobalancing™ is a technique of Hypnobalancing™. In this variant, particularly deep trance states are created. These pleasant states are used for solutions on a deep level and to promote personal balance harmoniously.
Deep Hypnobalancing™ uses few targeted suggestions for change when reaching this deep trance state, it primarily uses the state as such. The perceptible inner balance is experienced as very pleasant. The achieved balance opens up resources that can be used many times over because in this state access and reorganization are easier.
What exactly happens during a session depends on the situation. Every person is different.
The Hypnobalancing™ uses goal-oriented traditional and modern hypnosis techniques with light, medium and very deep trance. A variety of methods of flexible-cooperative hypnotherapy, such as Hypnobalancing™, are combined with techniques of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and other proven methods of mental training. All these techniques have a harmonizing effect on the body and psyche. They accelerate the process of achieving individual goals. In a guided trance, the mind has more possibilities to access personal resources. Restrictive and blocking beliefs from the past are revealed and changed. Positive beliefs are then strengthened.
What is a hypno coach? This is a very experienced coach with appropriate training in hypnotherapy and experience in mental training. In my case, there are a few more training courses to be added. For some topics of clients, an appropriate admission to the practice of psychotherapy is required. I have obtained this admission.
My profile gives you more information about the background I use to practice effective hypno coaching. Trance and mental training have accompanied me since I was 16 years old and have helped me very well.

I don’t count the number of presentations I have supported. After all, it has been several years since I started my own business in 1998. In intensive cooperation, we have worked on many projects. Many ideas were put into practice. But I still realize too often, that honest and interesting messages are not heard by the intended target group. Therefore, I support people who have something important to say. How about you?
The world could be a better place. The problem is not a lack of ideas. I observe too often that honest offers don’t get a deserved chance. Nobody ever seems to listen to them. Those who want to do something desirable get frustrated and then give up. Some people say nothing more in public because they are convinced that they have no personal impact. This is sad because ideas have a chance through the engagement with the world and not through the separation from it.
I can no longer count the number of presentations I have supported. After all, it has been several years since I started my own business in 1998. In intensive cooperation, we have worked on many projects. Many ideas were put into practice. Usually, this was done systematically and well-prepared. For myself, I typically prefer to speak spontaneously. I love to give a speech to the audience without special preparation. This is a quality that is both weaknesses and strengths. It’s usually a good idea because I only talk about topics that move me personally. I am convinced that the power of a real debate lies in the language and honesty of the speaker.
When I answer the question of what I do for what reason, I say: “I am a travel companion for heroes. Although my clients rarely consider themselves as such, even though they fulfill the criteria.”
No, I am not Gandalf and I don’t have a long white beard. You’ll find more details about me and my background in management, consulting and coaching in my profile. Let’s find out what I can do for you and your message. Where and how does my experience in marketing, psychology, and communication help you?

What are the benefits of a trip to Berlin for coaching and training with me? There are at least eight good reasons.
Options:
Due to time constraints, my clients are increasingly using meetings via the Internet and video support. One-to-one, that’s a good choice. However, some issues and situations benefit from a personal meeting. At first glance, it may seem like a contradiction, but the journey itself helps to deal with a topic more intensively.
At first, mainly participants of my nationwide workshops came to Berlin to coach with me. Today, clients from all over the world visit me in Berlin.
Why? It’s often more of a concession; I know it from my participation in training. If I want certain coaching or training, if I prefer a coach or trainer, then I have to travel. The extra effort is more accepted than welcomed. It’s worth it to me. What about you?
Traveling requires time and effort. Interestingly, I get a lot of feedback from my customers that the trip itself contributes something special. It’s time to pause, think, sort thoughts and…
Most clients report that the new location has some advantages for them. The spatial distance to the usual working day and the workplace helps detach oneself from established ways of thinking and behaving. This makes it easier to explore and use new perspectives.
Each place provides different inspirations, suggestions, and insights. This is especially true in Berlin. I use these possibilities and connect them with the individual goals of my clients. Opposite my office is the Zoo Berlin with the Tiergarten, a huge park. Both have already provided a special framework for many processes.
The group training usually takes place near the Gedächtniskirche or the Friedrichstraße. You will find the inspiration that supports your goals.
It may sound more comfortable to meet in your bureau. Truth is; something is always urgent and therefore someone interrupts the training and coaching sessions with a particularly urgent request. Even the possibility of an interruption reduces effectiveness. Especially when coaching and training in companies, interruptions are very likely. This is a pity because so much potential is wasted.
Let us work together to ensure the best possible conditions. Outside your office, you will be able to concentrate much better. When traveling to Berlin, you also have enough time for preparation and follow-up. This is an advantage for those who allow themselves to switch off their mobile phones.
If you plan your appointments early enough, a preparation session over the phone or the Internet with video support is a good idea. We set the course and can both prepare optimally. In this way, you get the maximum benefit from your trip to Berlin.
Many roads lead to Berlin and not far from Berlin we have an airport (Berlin-Schönefeld). Many clients also come by train. Either way, the place where coachings and trainings often take place is next to the Gedächtniskirche near Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten with connections to Hauptbahnhof Berlin and the Airport Express for Schönefeld (BER).
Take a break from everyday work. When you arrive at my office, you are already prepared for coaching or training. And after the session, you will have time to think about your impressions and how they will support you. This is a good prerequisite for working together on your topic and putting thoughts and skills into practice.
There are many more good reasons to come to Berlin.

Making decisions can be difficult. Your success depends on your ability to develop speed as a habit in both; decision-making and executing decisions. Here are a few tips for better decision-making.
A good plan violently executed right now is far better than a perfect plan executed next week.
George S. Patton
When you think about it, all business activity comes down to two simple things: Making decisions and executing decisions. Your success depends on your ability to develop speed as a habit in both. I believe that speed, like exercise and eating healthy, can be habitual.
I don’t say all decisions should be made quickly. Some decisions are more complicated or critical than others. It might be helpful for you sometimes to wait for more information. Some decisions can’t be easily reversed or would be too damaging if you choose poorly. Most importantly, some decisions don’t need to be made immediately.
Decision-making is one of the most important ingredients of success, yet we are not taught this crucial life skill. With small decisions, a mistake is not serious. However, with a major life, career or business decision, the wrong choice can be devastating. A bad decision can cost dearly in terms of money, time, or lost opportunity.
We want to make the perfect decision that means we don’t lose out on any front. Truth is, the life is not usually like that, and we often have to choose between competing values.
Sometimes we give some decisions much more important than they have. Often it doesn’t matter that much.
We want to have a cast-iron guarantee that it will all work out for the best. Unfortunately, life is fundamentally uncertain, and we can never be sure it will.
Understanding that the problem is the human condition, so we can never have everything we want or know in advance how things will work out.
Aiming for good enough rather than perfect.
Find out what values are at stake.
Work out the likely consequences of each option.
Ask yourself what gut feelings are around and whether they are telling us something important or misleading us.
Have a plan. If we conclude what we should do, but are still leaning in the opposite direction to some extent, how can we help ourselves to stick to our decision?
Don’t spend too much time on unimportant decisions. Luckily, most of the decisions we make are not irrevocable nor life-threatening. We can change our minds if it turns out that we were wrong.
It is usually better not to revisit a decision unless circumstances change. Once you’ve gathered the information you need, weigh the pros and cons and conclude. The more you ruminate, the greater the chance that you will second guess yourself.
Once a decision is irreversible, you better not dwell too much on whether it was the right thing to do or not. We will never know everything and can’t do anything about it now, so the time spent on this kind of postmortem would probably be better spent doing something else.
Discuss your decision-making with others to make up your mind. Professional help will support you in the best way.
Decision coaching is a specialized type of coaching. A professional coach with experience in that field combines the skills and techniques obtained from coaching individuals and organizations together with a knowledge and understanding of decision-making principles, decision tools, and best practices. As a result, a decision coach can successfully guide clients through an important or difficult life, career, and business decisions.
I help clients become clear about their values and how they impact the decision. With coaching, I help my client set the criteria for a successful decision and develop and evaluate options. Together we organize the decision process into specific steps and I help my client work through each step avoiding common decision traps. I offer specific decision-making tools and resources to help my client analyze the issues involved, assess risk, evaluate available options and make a wise decision.
As a coach, I have to understand you, your values, long-term goals, wants, and needs. I have to see you as a real person and, at the same time, see you more objectively than you see yourself. I will help you to understand what you want out of your life. I will not decide for you. I act as a skilled guide, consultant, and adviser to help you arrive at your decision, but ultimately the decision should be and needs to be made by you.
Decisions have to be made over and over again - small and large. Some are easy, some are difficult. We make many of these decisions without having to think much about them or even completely unconsciously, automatically. But now and then we come to the point where we encounter a decision where we pause, don't know what to do, don't see clearly. Often these are decisions of great importance that also have the ability to question important aspects of life that were previously considered given or untouchable. Such a situation can create pressure and even lead to paralysis, so that creative and constructive ways remain unconsidered.
Who sees clearly, can decide better and act purposefully. In order for this to succeed, it is necessary to ensure that the options are identified and, if necessary, increased and priorities clarified. Decision coaching helps to oversee the forest for the trees and to find the right focus. The best decision and creativity techniques can be used most effectively in a good mental state.
In order to make your decision easier, to be supported by me, I focus on transparency. On these pages you will find information about me (Karsten Noack) and the fees.

Instead of blindly adopting opinions, it is worth investing in your own opinions. But where does the information come from?

Your success depends on your ability to develop speed as a habit in both; decision-making and executing on decisions.
Some goal-setting mistakes can get in the way of achieving your biggest dreams. Learn how to set better goals by overcoming common goal-setting mistakes.
Dreaming is a good starting point for a challenging journey. But dreaming isn’t enough without actions. Wishful thinking is hoping for something and waiting for someone else to make it happen. Be a hero, because we need a lot of them!
Personal values are very important. Values are basic beliefs and attitudes about life. They are the basis for many decisions and actions. By becoming more aware of your personal values, you can use them as a guide to make the best choice in any situation.
More and more evidence is being discovered that many of our most important decisions, such as which partner to marry, how to invest money and so on, are not made by rational consciousness, but by the subconscious, also referred to as gut feeling. Can you trust your gut feeling?

Almost every successful leader had a mentor. What is important to keep in mind, what makes a good mentor? Learn how a mentor can support you.
What I need is someone who will make me do what I can.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
A mentor is a trustworthy consultant, a clever, loyal and supportive companion, a consultant, trainer or coach. Ideally, a mentor is also a role model and confidant. He has gained relevant practical experience.
This is usually a kind of sponsorship between a young, promising executive (the mentee) and an experienced manager (the mentor). For this working relationship to work, there must be complete trust between the partners involved. Also, the mentee must be willing to accept suggestions and deal constructively with feedback. Mentors also point out risks and potentials if they want to promote their protégés. And do you also have a mentor?
You benefit from a mentor because he or she can provide you with the experience of many years within a short period. Mentees learn what the mentor has experienced and done and how it worked for him. This saves you detours, time and effort because you can learn from his mistakes and successes and do not have to make unnecessary mistakes.
Typical functions of a mentor:
That sounds too good to be true? Almost every successful personality had a mentor who played an important role.
Almost every successful executive can refer to a mentor who has played an important role. There are many examples of how important a mentor can be. The term “mentor” comes from The Odyssey. Odysseus asked his friend Mentor to watch over his son Telemachus while Odysseus was in the Trojan War. Mentorship existed long before Socrates cared for Plato, who cared for Aristotle, who cared for Alexander the Great.
I greatly appreciate the experienced support. If I hadn’t had mentors, I wouldn’t be here today. The guidance I have received from experienced men and women has made an enormous positive difference in my life. Intelligence is learning from experience, and I don’t have to make every mistake myself. Others have encountered problems, made mistakes and learned from them.
Search for role models you can look up to and people who are interested in you. If we just take the time to ask them, they often like to share what they have learned.
In mentoring, the immediate supervisor is indirectly involved. Although she or he can make suggestions to the employee on how best to use the mentoring experience, the supervisor has no connection to the mentor, and they do not communicate at all during the mentoring relationship. This helps maintain the integrity of the mentoring relationship.
Mentoring programs have been popular for some time and differ from classical coaching.
Coaching and training are more task-oriented. The focus is on concrete topics such as more effective management, targeted and effective communication and strategic thinking. This requires an expert who can teach the coachee how to develop these skills.
A coach can work successfully with a coachee for a short time, perhaps only for a few sessions. Coaching lasts as long as necessary, depending on the purpose of the coaching relationship.
Business coaching aims to improve an individual’s performance in the workplace. The aim is either to improve existing skills or to acquire new skills. Once the coachee has successfully acquired the skills, the coach is no longer needed.
Coaching can be done on nearly any topic almost immediately. When a company tries to coach a large group of individuals, there is certainly a lot of design involved in determining the competence field, the expertise required and the assessment tools used, but this does not necessarily require a long lead time to implement the coaching program.
The superior of the coachee can be a critical partner in coaching. He or she often gives the coach feedback on areas where his or her employee needs coaching. The coach, on the other hand, does not reveal any details from the coaching.
Mentoring is more relationship-oriented. It aims to create a safe environment in which the mentor shares all the issues that affect his or her professional and personal success. Although specific learning goals or competencies can be used as a basis for building the relationship, the focus goes beyond these areas and includes things like work and life balance, self-confidence, self-awareness and how personal life affects the job.
Mentoring takes time to succeed. It takes time for both partners to learn from each other and create a climate of trust that creates an environment in which the mentee feels safe to share the real problems that affect his or her success. Successful mentoring relationships often last from nine months to one year.
The goal of mentoring is to support the individual not only for the current job but also for the future. This also distinguishes the role of the immediate superior from that of the mentor.
Mentoring requires a preparatory phase to determine the strategic purpose of mentoring, the form and focus of the relationship, collaboration, and specific components.
What all types of coaching and mentoring have in common is that they provide a tool for analysis, reflection, and action that makes it possible to be successful in a field.
Here you will find further examples of the application of coaching.

Presentation skills training is offered in many formats. What is better, presentation training in the group or rather in private lessons? Here are suggestions for your decision on the format of training or coaching.
You are unique and therefore our cooperation should be, too. The success factors for communication and public speaking – in terms of speech, appearance, and presentation – may be largely the same. But, you are one-of-a-kind. Your personality, experience, context, and purposes of speaking are unique. Group training follows a given structure, imparts the knowledge and skills relevant to most participants. Why should you devote to topics that have no or only a small advantage for you? One of my mentors told me: make the difference that makes the most interesting difference!
That’s why none of the training and coaching I do is the same. I always design them to suit the participants.
What could be more intense than working directly with the coach or coach? Individual training and coaching allow you to work on exactly what is relevant for you. In the way that suits you best.
Discretion is for some people quite an issue that wants to be considered. Especially, people in responsible positions and with a high degree of public awareness prefer discretion. In a private setting, it is much easier to open up and to deal with feedback.
The further you have evolved, the more specific are your questions, your topics, your goals. Proven course plans give you indications of what might be of interest to you. But in the individual training and coaching, we concentrate on what has the desired benefit for you. You decide!
With your strengths, you have come to where you are today. It is therefore important to promote your strengths as well as to awaken your potential.
To convincingly present yourself and your message works only if it suits you and your audience. In individual training, we make sure that your communication and presentation style fits you and your target groups.
You get full attention. Everything is focusing on you and your goals. Does that sound good?
You are much more flexible in terms of content and time in individual training. Duration and time intervals are determined based on your resources and recommendations. This leaves enough time to turn the insights into knowledge and skills. You decide how long it will take for you to do this.
Individual training and coaching can help you unlock your true potential. Knowledge without execution does not get you across the finish line. One of the greatest challenges for many public speakers is the difference between having the knowledge accessible and learning, absorbing, applying and implementing that learning in a way that works for each unique individual. That is where coaching with me comes in.
I offer group training because many people want to learn in a group. A common reason is to get feedback from other attendees. From the coach’s point of view, however, the feedback from course participants is often not so helpful and even requires additional effort to correct it. Constructive feedback in 1:1 sessions is much more helpful.

Information about Lunch-Coaching in Berlin. Lunch-Coaching with me is for you if you prefer a coaching session as soon as possible to prepare important conversations, presentations or a conversation partner for a decision.
And those who were seen dancing, were thought to be crazy, by those who could not hear the music.
Friedrich Nietzsche
Lunch-Coaching is a unique opportunity to master a personal challenge in a private or business context. Lunch-Coaching offers an informal environment that allows you to look at different perspectives and alternatives. This can be helpful if there is an important and concrete reason or a spontaneous problem that needs to be solved, or if you want more ideas and additional resources. Some challenges are better mastered with a quick solution, while others require more time to mature through additional impulses. As your partner, I offer you effective, confidential and discreet support.
A meeting is usually booked as a short-term appointment during the lunch break. The meeting in the Kurfürstendamm area (City-West) typically lasts 60 minutes. The price is the same as for other sessions with me. Here are the details. Catering costs are not included.
My clients appreciate the special combination of my knowledge and skills of coaching with the problem-solving competence as an engineer, my experience in management consulting and management practice with a current psychological background. Many call me because they are looking forward to an important conversation or presentation.
My clients include private individuals, business people, executives, self-employed persons, freelancers, companies of different sizes and branches as well as organizations.
We meet at the corner of Budapester Straße and Nürnberger Straße. We have many restaurants and places with good coffee nearby. It is also a good starting point for a walk, armed with coffee.
