Executive Sparring

 

For leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want clarity, confidence, and a strong perspective when it matters.

Executive Sparring is highly individual and focused on your current situation. Typical topics include important decisions, challenging conversations, negotiations, leadership communication, presentations, speeches, media appearances, and professional transitions.

 

Fee

€395 + VAT per 60 minutes

The same fee applies to:

  • online sessions
  • phone sessions
  • in-person sessions in Berlin

You choose the format that works best for the situation.

Longer sessions are possible and are billed proportionally.

 

 

 

High-Stakes Communication & Presentation Preparation

 

When an important presentation, speech, meeting, negotiation, interview, or media appearance deserves focused preparation, we work directly on the real situation ahead.

This may include:

  • message and argument
  • structure and storytelling
  • executive presence
  • handling difficult questions
  • spontaneous communication
  • preparation for pressure and nervousness
  • rehearsal and feedback
  • strategic preparation for conversations and negotiations

For individual 1:1 sessions, the regular Executive Sparring fee applies:

€395 + VAT per 60 minutes

More extensive preparation or project-based support can be arranged individually.

 

 

 

Corporate Training & Consulting

 

Tailored communication training, consulting, and sparring are available for companies, leadership teams, and organizations.

The format is designed around the actual objectives, participants, and circumstances.

Fees are quoted individually.

 

 

 

Longer-Term Executive Support

 

For executives and entrepreneurs who want an experienced sparring partner over a longer period, individual arrangements are available.

This may include regular sessions, preparation for important situations, strategic reflection, and support when decisions or communication require particular care.

Scope and fees are agreed individually.

Sessions can take place online, by phone, or in person in Berlin.
