Fees for coaching, individual training, consulting for private clients with private topics
Details about fees for coaching and individual training for private clients with private topics in Berlin. This information is for your orientation. Assignments from private individuals (consumers) require a personal contractual agreement.
Option A: Booking of individual sessions*
Hourly fee (60 minutes):
- a. Telephone session 159 Euro including 19 % VAT.
- b. By phone or online with video 179 Euro including 19 % VAT.
- c. … plus face-to-face sessions 229 Euro including 19 % VAT.
Option B: Booking of packages*
On packages of 5 hours, there is a 5 % discount, and on packages of 10 hours or more, there is a 10 % discount on the hourly fee b. or c.
Option C: Daily fee (up to 8 hours)*.
For bookings of days (up to 8 hours at a time) there is a 10 % discount on the hourly fee b. or c.
*Terms and Conditions to be noted
Schedule: General appointments are scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. At other times and days, on weekends, and holidays, I add a 35 % surcharge. The minimum session duration is 60 minutes, and billing beyond that in 30-minute units.
Postponement of meetings: Sessions that last up to 120 minutes may be postponed once up to 72 hours in advance (only weekdays count, no holidays), longer sessions, or more than 120 minutes in a week at least 14 days in advance. Otherwise, they will be charged in full.
You can’t show up for your appointment? Switch free of charge to a session with video, or use your telephone. Switching from an online to a face-to-face session is possible in consultation with payment of the difference.
Payment: The fee must be paid in full by bank transfer and be received before the scheduled appointment. It may be possible to pay in cash on the day of the meeting, but these are exceptions and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please talk to me about it.
Package offers cannot be converted.
Travel expenses: The fees do not include travel, accommodation, and allowance costs, which will be charged to the client. For traveling on my behalf: The costs for the journey will be charged according to time and effort. Within Berlin, at least an hourly fee is charged. Relevant is the individual agreement.
Personalized: The packages can always be used exclusively for individual one-on-one meetings, and they are not transferable.
Right of rescission: If registration by consumers for an event is made by telephone, letter, e-mail, or online form, the provisions of the Distance Selling Act shall apply. If the intended start of the event at the time of registration is within the withdrawal period according to the Fernabsatzgesetz (Distance Selling Act), the registration is considered a request to start the service within the withdrawal period. You have the right to revoke a service order/date without giving reasons. This is possible within 14 days of the order by telephone and in writing.
