I offer open enrollment group training programs for selected topics and dates.

The focus is on intensive practice, personal feedback, and concrete application.

Group size is intentionally limited. This gives each participant enough space for practice, feedback, and development.

For the following training formats, the participation fee is:

€1,999 plus 19% German VAT, where applicable

The early booking fee is:

The participation fee for the Elevator Pitch Workshop is:

The early booking fee is:

Notes on Open Enrollment Group Training Programs

The respective early booking deadlines are listed in the description of each training program.

The decisive factor for the early booking fee is receipt of payment within the stated deadline.

The participation fee is payable by bank transfer within 14 days after registration.

The participant’s seat is reserved on a binding basis once full payment has been received.

Travel, accommodation, and meal costs are paid by participants, unless otherwise stated in the respective seminar description.

Even More Intensive: Individual 1:1 Training

For demanding concerns, specific appearances, confidential content, or highly personal impact-related topics, individual 1:1 training is often the most effective setting.

This is especially true for presentations before decision-makers, important speeches, media appearances, pitches, negotiations, or executive presence topics.

For thorough preparation or sustainable development, I often recommend a scope of 10 hours or more.

Custom Corporate Training Programs

Individual Trainings for Companies, Organizations, and Teams

Selected formats in communication, presentation, public presence, and impact are also available as custom corporate training programs for companies, organizations, and teams.

Content, scope, and format are tailored to the goal, the target group, and the occasion.

Full-Day Events

Full-day events include up to 8 hours.

Up to 3 participants:

Multi-Day Events

Up to 3 Participants

First training day:

Each additional consecutive training day:

For larger events, training series, leadership programs, or framework agreements, I prepare an individual proposal.

Depending on the goal, scope, preparation, and technical responsibility, the format can range from a compact online session to a comprehensive interactive online training.

Group Coaching, Group Supervision, and Facilitated Professional Reflection

For group coaching, group supervision, and facilitated professional reflection formats, the fees for custom corporate training programs generally apply.

Depending on the goal, group size, topic, and level of responsibility, an individual proposal may be appropriate.

Group coaching is especially suitable when people want to reflect together, discuss concrete situations, improve communication patterns, and strengthen the transfer into everyday professional practice.

Group supervision and facilitated professional reflection can be suitable, depending on the professional and organizational context, for teams, professional groups, and people in consulting, therapeutic, educational, social, or leadership roles.

General Notes

Travel, Accommodation, and Additional Costs

Travel, accommodation, and additional costs are billed separately by agreement.

Within Berlin, one to two hourly fees may be charged for travel-related time and organizational effort, depending on the scope.

The individual agreement applies.

Payment

The fee is payable by bank transfer within 14 days after booking.

For larger assignments, multi-day events, or framework agreements, individual payment terms can be agreed upon.

Recordings

Video or audio recordings are possible only by prior written agreement and with a separate fee.

This applies in particular to recordings, internal reuse, documentation, training material, or later use within an organization.

This keeps the cooperation professional, clear, and fair from the very beginning.

For a direct impression of my way of working, a 1:1 session of 60 or 90 minutes is often the most useful first step.

In many cases, this is more meaningful than any written proposal.
