A good starting point: professional feedback with recommendations for optimization
For experts, company representatives, and politicians, such kind of analysis is part of the preparation of an important speech or presentation. In this way, the effect can be explored even before the presentation. Use this immense advantage, if you want to reach your goal.
How do you and your message are perceived? You maybe cannot answer that on your own, we all have our blind spots. Honest and helpful feedback is the exception rather than the rule. The more influential your position, the more you are under observation. And there is significant competition in many areas today. Every word and behavior may be given meaning having consequences. Whether in a supposedly small group or front of a large audience; every word said or omitted can have an impact. Every detail can speak for or against you and your message.
It sounds like a commonplace and yet it is so true and up-to-date: Caution is better than indulgence. Yes, afterward we are often smarter, but then it is too late. Better: With a professional analysis including recommendations for optimization, you will receive helpful feedback before your real presentation. Why should you accept an unnecessary risk and ignore the chance to know what counts before the event? Let be the analysis of a test run the base of constructive feedback.
Elements of the analysis
How convincing are you and your messages in speeches and presentations? How good are you in the 111+ most important presentation skills? Since 1998 I have been working intensively on what it takes to convince people and their message. After analyzing 14,375 speeches and presentations, I can tell you today exactly what affects which audience and how. Let me give you feedback that will help you move forward.
Some topics are:
- Voice
- Body language (incl. facial expressions, gestures)
- Stage presence, enthusiasm, and credibility
- Choice of words and style
- Emotional speech
- Arguments and strategy
- Red thread and structure
- key messages
- Risk analysis (clarity in your communication)
Step by step
1. Get things moving
Give me the assignment to support you! Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive some hints and questions as preparation to give you the optimal feedback.
2. Record your speech
Use a webcam, smartphone, or professional equipment to record your speech.
3. Send me a recording of your speech.
You send me the recording of your speech or, if it is already online, a link. Or you can come to me with the file on a USB stick.
4. Analysis
In a basic analysis (video recording maximum of 30 minutes) your speech will be analyzed based on 111 factors.
5. Feedback
After the analysis, you will receive valuable feedback on your strengths and potentially live in a one-hour session, by telephone, online with video, or as video feedback. How do you work and what can you improve to present yourself and your message convincingly? The detailed recommendations will help you to further develop your speaking skills and your speech. You will receive at least 5 ideas and recommendations that can be implemented.
Your analysis with feedback and recommendations
Thanks to the analysis you get feedback and recommendations. This way you can optimize your presentation skills and your speech or presentation. If you wish, you will receive targeted support for your sovereignty, charisma, and self-marketing for speeches and media appearances. I can support you with the analysis, optimization, rehearsals, and even the accompaniment to the event. You decide!
The analysis can be booked according to the actual time expenditure or you can choose the basic evaluation for Euro 378 plus 19 % VAT.
The analysis with feedback and recommendations is often the beginning of more comprehensive support to prepare an important speech or presentation. By the way, this is also possible with meetings via telephone or with video support.
You decide whether and how far the cooperation goes. Many factors influence how you are perceived.

I think it’s very important to have a feedback loop, where you’re constantly thinking about what you’ve done and how you could be doing it better.
