Working Together
Practical information about individual executive sparring and communication coaching in Berlin, online, and by phone.
Start With Your Professional Situation
You may have a specific occasion ahead: a negotiation, a board presentation, or a difficult conversation.
You may also want an experienced outside perspective on a leadership question, an important decision, or a complex business relationship.
Describe the situation briefly. Together, we can clarify which kind of support fits your objectives.
I work one-to-one with executives, business owners, and senior leaders.
Choosing Your Starting Point
Executive Sparring provides space to examine decisions, leadership challenges, and professional relationships. We explore your options, test assumptions, and identify practical next steps.
High-Stakes Communication focuses on preparing an important conversation, negotiation, presentation, speech, or media appearance. We work directly on your message, approach, and delivery.

The two approaches can be combined when your situation calls for both reflection and practical preparation.
Where Sessions Take Place
Online
Video sessions allow us to discuss your situation, review material, rehearse conversations, and practice presentations.
Choose a quiet, private setting with a reliable internet connection. Headphones can help with audio quality and privacy.
You receive the connection details for your appointment in advance.
By Phone
Phone sessions can suit decision-making, strategic reflection, and selected aspects of conversation preparation.
Please allow uninterrupted time and choose a setting where you can speak freely.
In Berlin
In-person sessions take place by appointment at:
Karsten Noack
Budapester Straße 39
10787 Berlin
Germany
Meeting in person can be useful when room presence, movement, or rehearsal in a shared physical space is part of the work.
Session Length and Frequency
For many situations, 60 or 90 minutes provide a useful starting point. We agree on the duration according to your objectives and the work involved.
A focused session may address a specific question or upcoming occasion.
Several sessions can provide time to prepare, apply what we develop, and review the results. Ongoing Executive Sparring offers continuity through leadership transitions, demanding projects, and complex situations.
The scope and frequency are agreed individually.
Arranging Your First Session
Send a Brief Inquiry
Include your role, the professional situation, and what you would like to achieve.
If a particular meeting, decision, or event is approaching, please include its date. It also helps to know your preferred format and availability, including your time zone.
Clarify the Arrangements
I review your inquiry and respond by email to discuss suitability, scope, and availability.
Before booking, we clarify the session duration, fee, payment arrangements, and applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Prepare for the Appointment
We agree on any material that would be useful for our work and the practical details of the session.
For current fees, please visit Pricing & Booking Details.
What to Prepare
A clear starting point helps us use the session well.
Consider:
-
What would make this session useful for you?
-
What has happened so far?
-
Who is involved, and what are their roles?
-
Which decisions or conversations are ahead?
-
What have you already done, and how did others respond?
For presentation or interview preparation, relevant material may include a draft, slides, an event brief, or likely questions.
Please agree with me in advance on which documents to share. Use only material you are authorized to disclose, and keep third-party personal information to what is necessary for the task.
Any substantial review or preparation outside sessions is agreed separately in advance.
During the Session
We begin by clarifying your priority.
Depending on the situation, we may examine options, explore different perspectives, develop a communication approach, rehearse a difficult exchange, or review your presentation.
We finish by identifying practical next steps and any points that deserve further attention.
You bring your knowledge of the business and the people involved. I contribute an independent perspective, candid feedback, and focused preparation.
Company-Funded Engagements
If your organization commissions the work, please identify the participant, the commissioning contact, and the billing organization.
We clarify the objectives, responsibilities, and any reporting arrangements at the outset. This creates a shared understanding of the engagement and how information will be handled.
An assistant or colleague arranging appointments on your behalf can coordinate the practical details with me.
Confidentiality
Executive work often involves sensitive decisions, internal relationships, and commercially relevant information.
Discretion and confidentiality are central to the collaboration. We clarify any specific requirements when agreeing on the engagement.
For an initial inquiry, a brief outline is sufficient. Detailed background information can wait until we have agreed on an appropriate way to share it.
Scheduling and Changes
Appointments are arranged individually and are subject to availability.
For time-sensitive requests, please state the relevant deadline in your first message. I can then assess whether suitable preparation time is available.
If your plans change, please get in touch promptly. The cancellation and rescheduling terms agreed for your booking apply.
Your Next Step
Use the form below to describe what you would like to clarify or prepare.
Include your preferred format, suitable dates, and any important deadline.
A short message is enough to start.
