Steps

Do you want to get to know me better before booking sessions?

Do you want to be sure to make a good decision when choosing a coach or trainer? This is why you want to ask for a preliminary consultation.

You want to ask for a preliminary talk?

Again and again I am asked for free preliminary talks. It is understandable that you want to get an impression of me beforehand. That is why I offer such extensive insights into my work.
You can find hints for this here: https://www.karstennoack.com/getting-to-know-karstennoack/

In German language, you will find hardly countable articles and videos on my and many other sites on the Internet. More than two decades have led to some traces. This should make it easy for you. For example, you can find me on YouTube: https://yt.karstennoack.de

Just about every question that has been asked in the past, I have answered on the homepage.
You are welcome to ask me your specific questions by mail.
In exceptional cases, we can have a short phone conversation. But most of the time I am in meetings.

The best way; we arrange a meeting of 60 minutes. This way you will really get to know the benefits of working with me. The fees for these sessions can be found here: https://www.karstennoack.com/details/options-terms-and-payment-information/

Information about the offer: https://www.karstennoack.com/coaching/

My profile and more about me can be found here: https://www.karstennoack.com/karsten-noack/

Thank you for your interest and understanding. I am looking forward to an intensive partnership.
