Method of payment
The participation fee must be paid in full within 14 days of registration by bank transfer. Participation is always only possible if the full payment has been received in advance. For early booking discounts, the date of receipt of payment, not the date of registration, is the deadline.

Service of the organizer
In addition to conducting the seminar, participants will receive the documents intended for the seminar. The seminar price does not include travel, accommodation, and catering costs.
Deregistration
Up to six weeks before the event date, the registered participant can cancel or rebook in writing against payment of half of the event price. Should the participant cancel in writing at a later date or not appear at the seminar, he/she must still pay the full event price. However, he will of course receive the written training documents. A prevented participant can name a replacement participant to the organizer in writing up to two days before the start of the event.
Cancellation of the seminar
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar for important reasons. This applies in particular if the trainer becomes ill. In this case, an alternative date will be offered. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the seminar can also be canceled. The seminar fee will then be refunded. Further claims of the registered participant are excluded in these cases.
Miscellaneous
A seminar is not a therapy and cannot replace one. Seminars serve rather for further training and self-awareness. The participant is aware that only such persons can participate in the seminar, who are physically as well as psychologically healthy.
Any verbal side agreements or other modifications of the contract must be confirmed in writing by the organizer to be effective. Should a provision of the contract be invalid, the remaining part of the contract shall not be affected.
