Fee

The fee for SIGNATURE 1:1 is:

€429 per hour plus 19% German VAT, where applicable

This fee applies to phone sessions, online video sessions, and in-person sessions at my office in Berlin.

With SIGNATURE 1:1, the special setting is at the center:

Packages

Packages can be useful for concerns that involve several steps.

With a package of 5 hours, you receive a 5% package discount.

With a package of 10 hours or more, you receive a 10% package discount.

Packages are especially suitable when a topic requires careful preparation, implementation, reflection, and transfer.

This may include public appearances, media appearances, negotiations, strategic conversations, personal positioning, executive presence, conflict clarification, or sensitive change processes.

The usage period for SIGNATURE 1:1 packages is 24 months.

Intensive Day

An intensive day is suitable for concerns that deserve concentrated work in one day.

An intensive day includes up to 8 hours in one day.

For intensive days, a 10% reduced rate applies based on the relevant hourly fee.

An intensive day can be especially useful for appearance preparation, media work, strategic positioning, preparation for important conversations, negotiations, crisis communication, or personal reorientation of particular significance.

Which Setting Fits?

SIGNATURE 1:1 applies to concerns of high personal, public, or strategic importance.

When responsibility, leadership, executive presence, or strategic communication are central, EXECUTIVE 1:1 may also be appropriate.

For professional concerns without managing director, C-level, or comparable senior leadership responsibility, BUSINESS 1:1 is often suitable.

For personal concerns of private individuals, PRIVATE 1:1 is often the appropriate setting.

• Selected video recordings by agreement
• Additional options to protect privacy
• Packages with a usage period of 24 months

This setting is especially suitable when your concern deserves significance, pace, discretion, and precise preparation.

Practical Notes

Appointments

These conditions apply to appointments Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Berlin time.

For appointments at other times or on other days, a surcharge of 20% to 35% applies, including weekends and public holidays.

The minimum duration of a session is 60 minutes.

For phone and online sessions, shorter units from 15 minutes are possible.

Additional time is billed in 15-minute units.

Rescheduling

Sessions of up to 2 hours can be rescheduled once up to 12 hours before the appointment.

Longer sessions, or more than 2 hours scheduled within 7 days, must be rescheduled at least one week in advance.

Otherwise, the session will be charged in full.

Payment

The fee is generally paid in full by bank transfer before the appointment.

In exceptional cases and by prior agreement, payment in cash at an in-person meeting may be possible.

Expenses

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the fees.

These costs are covered by the client according to time and effort.

Within Berlin, one to two hourly fees may be charged for travel-related time and effort.

The individual agreement applies.

Personal Use of Packages

Packages can be used by one person exclusively.

Package offers cannot be converted into other services or transferred to another person.
