In our work together, we focus on understanding your concern, strengthening your inner resources, and developing concrete next steps.
Who Is PRIVATE 1:1 For?
PRIVATE 1:1 is designed for private individuals with personal concerns.
Typical topics include personal clarification, self-leadership, difficult decisions, relationship topics, inner stability, emotionally demanding dynamics, personal development, self-worth, self-respect, and preparation for important personal conversations.
This setting is suitable for people who take their concern seriously and want clear, respectful, and experienced support.
Possible Goals
In PRIVATE 1:1, you can work on recognizing more clearly what you need, bringing inner order into complex situations, and preparing important conversations well.
The work may focus on representing your boundaries more clearly, strengthening your self-leadership, understanding relationship patterns, making decisions more consciously, and finding more calm and orientation in your inner experience.
The specific direction of the work is based on your concern.
Formats and Fees
Phone Coaching
The fee for a phone session is:
€189 per hour including 19% German VAT
A phone session is suitable for compact clarification, reflection, preparation, and ongoing support.
Online Coaching via Video
The fee for an online video session is:
€219 per hour including 19% German VAT
Online video sessions are the standard setting for many personal concerns.
You can participate from a familiar place while still having direct personal contact through video.
In-Person Session in Berlin
The fee for an in-person session at my office in Berlin is:
€259 per hour including 19% German VAT
An in-person session offers a particularly focused setting for personal concerns.
Packages
Packages can be useful for concerns that involve several steps.
With a package of 5 hours, you receive a 5% package discount.
With a package of 10 hours or more, you receive a 10% package discount.
Packages are especially suitable when a topic requires development, practice, preparation, and transfer into everyday life.
The usage period for PRIVATE 1:1 packages is 12 months.
Intensive Day
An intensive day is suitable for concerns that deserve concentrated work in one day.
An intensive day includes up to 8 hours in one day.
For intensive days, a 10% reduced rate applies based on the relevant hourly fee.
More Flexible Rescheduling
A more flexible rescheduling option can be agreed upon when booking.
This allows a short-notice appointment change up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
The surcharge is:
€35 per hour including 19% German VAT
This option must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
Which Setting Fits?
PRIVATE 1:1 applies to personal concerns of private individuals.
Work-related or business-related topics are assigned to the appropriate BUSINESS 1:1, EXECUTIVE 1:1, or SIGNATURE 1:1 setting.
For psychotherapeutic concerns, separate fees and conditions apply.

Practical Notes
General Information
This information is intended as orientation.
Private bookings are based on an individual agreement.
Bookings are made exclusively after an inquiry through the contact form.
Tax treatment may vary depending on the individual situation.
Appointments
These conditions apply to appointments Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Berlin time.
For appointments at other times or on other days, a surcharge of 20% to 35% applies, including weekends and public holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum duration of a session is 60 minutes.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute units.
Rescheduling
Sessions of up to 120 minutes can be rescheduled once up to 72 hours before the appointment.
Only working days count for this period: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Longer sessions, or more than 120 minutes scheduled within 7 days, must be rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.
Otherwise, the session will be charged in full.
Canceled appointments can be rescheduled within 12 months.
If more than 5 appointments are reserved at once, these reservations are binding because they require additional planning and preparation.
Switching the Format
If you unexpectedly cannot attend an in-person appointment, you may switch to a phone or online video session at no additional cost, provided this is organizationally possible.
A change from an online session to an in-person session in Berlin may be possible by agreement and with payment of the fee difference.
Payment
The fee is generally paid in full by bank transfer before the appointment.
In exceptional cases and by prior agreement, payment in cash at an in-person meeting may be possible.
Expenses
Travel and accommodation expenses are billed separately.
These costs are covered by the client according to time and effort.
Within Berlin, at least one hourly fee may be charged for travel-related time and effort.
The individual agreement applies.
Personal Use of Packages
Packages are for one named person only.
By agreement, additional participants may join in-person sessions for an additional surcharge of 30% per participant.
Package offers are tied to the selected service and agreement.
Consumer Withdrawal Rights for Private Clients in Germany
For private individuals, consumer withdrawal rights may apply to contracts concluded by phone, email, letter, or online form.
Details are provided in the individual agreement.
If the requested start of the service falls within a statutory withdrawal period, the request to begin the service may affect the handling of cancellation and rescheduling.
