BUSINESS 1:1 is designed for freelancers, self-employed professionals, small business owners with up to two employees, specialists, employees, and people with professional concerns whose topics are professional rather than executive-level in scope.
Typical topics include professional communication, preparation for important conversations, presentations, negotiations, conflict clarification, positioning yourself with clarity and integrity, your impact in groups, on camera, or in front of an audience, and personal composure in a professional context.
This setting is suitable for people who want to show up with more clarity, make sound professional decisions, and communicate more effectively.

Phone Consultation
The fee for a phone session is:
€189 per hour plus 19% German VAT, where applicable
A phone session is suitable for compact clarification, reflection, preparation, and ongoing consulting.
Online Coaching via Video
The fee for an online video session is:
€229 per hour plus 19% German VAT, where applicable
Online video sessions are the standard setting for many professional concerns.
You can participate from wherever you are while working in a personal, focused, and direct way.
In-Person Session in Berlin
The fee for an in-person session at my office in Berlin is:
€269 per hour plus 19% German VAT, where applicable
An in-person session offers a particularly focused setting for demanding professional concerns.
Packages
Packages can be useful for concerns that involve several steps.
With a package of 5 hours, you receive a 5% package discount.
With a package of 10 hours or more, you receive a 10% package discount.
Packages are especially suitable when a topic requires preparation, implementation, reflection, and transfer into your professional everyday life.
The usage period for BUSINESS 1:1 packages is 12 months.
Intensive Day
An intensive day is suitable for concerns that deserve concentrated work in one day.
An intensive day includes up to 8 hours in one day.
For intensive days, a 10% reduced rate applies based on the relevant hourly fee.
More Flexible Rescheduling
A more flexible rescheduling option can be agreed upon when booking.
This allows a short-notice appointment change up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
The surcharge is:
€35 per hour plus 19% German VAT, where applicable
This option is defined at the time of booking.
Which Setting Fits?
BUSINESS 1:1 applies to professional, business-related, and work-related concerns.
When your concern involves managing directors, C-level responsibility, senior leadership, executive presence, high visibility, or strategic impact, the EXECUTIVE 1:1 setting is usually more appropriate.
For matters of particular personal, public, or strategic importance, SIGNATURE 1:1 may be the appropriate setting.
