Professional Support in Dealing with Narcissists
Most clients reach out to me about narcissists when the damage is already done, or at least clearly visible on the horizon. At that point, I help you understand the dynamics and explore your options.
Your emotional state usually suffers under typical situations and patterns. You need a stable mental balance to make good decisions and to follow through on them.
Narcissists often develop impressive acting skills and become true masters of manipulation. In such an environment, it becomes very challenging to stay connected to yourself and to protect your own legitimate interests. This is where you receive support from me.
When you deal with narcissists, every detail matters. Thoughtful preparation for any communication with them is essential.
Many people call, briefly describe their situation, and hope for a quick recommendation. It may feel like “just a few questions,” and then there is disappointment when they realize that a full consultation cannot be offered free of charge.
Because this created too much friction, I currently accept session requests exclusively via email and contact form. As much as I would like to support everyone, I keep the number of pro bono consultations at a level that is sustainable for me and point to the options I offer.
And there are quite a few.

You Need Support, and Your Budget Is Limited?
I know that not everyone has the financial means to invest in professional support. At the same time, I also need adequate compensation for my work, as much as I would sometimes wish it were different.
You are welcome to use the comment sections on my platforms to exchange with others who are affected. From time to time, and as my schedule allows, I also respond to questions there.
I understand how stressful and draining contact with narcissists can feel, and I want to support you as far as possible. That is why I have currently reduced the fees for phone and online sessions.
