I do not use a separate complimentary introductory conversation as the standard starting point.
The first appointment is already a working session.
We begin directly with your situation.
At the start, we clarify what matters most.
Then we work on the issue itself.
This means you can experience my approach while already making progress.

€249 + VAT per 60 minutes
Business Coaching is usually the right fit when your main objective is professional development.
You want to strengthen a capability, prepare for a typical business challenge, or become more effective in your professional role.
Executive Sparring
€395 + VAT per 60 minutes
Executive Sparring is usually the right fit when you carry substantial responsibility and the situation itself has significant organizational, strategic, financial, or reputational consequences.
High-Stakes Communication
€395 + VAT per 60 minutes
High-Stakes Communication is usually the right fit when a specific consequential conversation, negotiation, presentation, speech, pitch, or media appearance is ahead.
In Person in Berlin or Online
In Person in Berlin
Sessions are available at my office in Berlin.
This format can be especially useful for:
