You Already Know What’s Most Important |
Sometimes we can't see the wood for the trees.
Take
out a sheet of paper and write down the numbers 1 to 10.
Don’t
spend a lot of time deliberating about your choices.
When
you've finished, review your list. Find the most important one and mark it. Now begin working on that highlighted item.
You already know what needs
to be done.
We tend to complicate life, particularly in business.
Some clients discover what’s most important, but still
don't think they know how to start work on it.
Than it
is my job to help clients to think clearly, and to get them to discuss their
issues with precision.
You
have this knowledge and wisdom. |
