The Perils of Experience

Experience is a gift of immense value.
But experience leads also to expectation, and expectations can determine not only what we see and hear, but also how we act.
Experience makes us efficient at our jobs and prevents us from over-reacting.
It becomes a liability, however, if it blinkers us to more ominous possibilities.

The ability to change the perspective is essential to recognize risks and chances.
That is an other reason why a coach is so helpful.
Coaching will help you to get the whole picture.
