Coaching and mentoring are
both vital components of professional and personal development. Coaching focuses upon specific goals and helps individuals identify ways forward through structured sessions, often over a short time scale. Mentoring is normally more informal and is often provided by senior staff, peers or experts and can be more wide ranging in its focus with longer-term relationships. |
