Success and creativity are clearly linked.
For a good decision-making it is helpful to have alternatives.
Flexibility and abundance of choices make many things easier.
Whether you need a solution for a problem or ideas for instance to prepare your speech - creativity is a valuable skill.

Firstly and foremost, I believe that both success and creativity is based on two underlying assumptions; that the individual is capable of making own choices and has unlimited potential to rise above challenges and circumstances.

Secondly, I believe that coaching is about empowering the client to become self-sufficient.
The coach enables the client to think creatively in terms of alternatives, options and opportunities.

Thirdly, coaching is about empowering the client to set goals, define desirable outcomes and to take action.
The cornerstone to this action-oriented coaching, is to encourage immediate and sustainable action on the part of the client.

Fourthly, sometimes we are able to get faster results when we add training and consulting elements to support the individual.

So this is what I have to offer; an accompaniment with the aim to bring you to your creative solution, ideas, ... and to improve your abilities and skills to be creative.
